backKing & Spalding partner Doug Henderson has been honored with the James Bratton Award by the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. According to the organization, the award is given to “an individual who has demonstrated outstanding achievement, professionalism, and dedication in the area of environmental law.”
Henderson has a national practice in environmental litigation, toxic torts, and mass tort litigation. He has tried numerous cases to verdict involving personal injury and property devaluation claims related to industrial emissions, groundwater contamination, wastewater discharges, stormwater runoff, endangered species, and transactional allocations of environmental liabilities.
